The “International Business Studies” Program focuses on the international business environment and is a program suitable for domestic and international students.
Students who complete this program will have a better understanding of the successful management practices needed to compete in the global economy. Through its integration of the study of culture, economics, and world business, this program will provide the student with an active, hands-on approach to understanding the global environment.
Coursework includes Business Capstone course that involves analyzing a company, government, not-for-profit organization or an industry.
Students will receive a Certificate upon successful completion of the program.
This certificate helps the student develop a solid foundation in traditional business subjects and a global mindset, the greatest asset and most critical skill in business today.
This certificate program prepares our students to be leaders who possess a deep knowledge of the business international environment. The program includes the Business Capstone class which highlights student-centered learning, attentive listening, experiential learning, direction following, collaborative and interactive learning, keen observation, communication skills, as well as critical and analytic thinking. The major requirement of the course is a research project that focuses on the company’s structure, financial resources, and managerial culture.
Upon successful completion of the Program, Students will receive a Certificate of Completion which will give them eligibility for the EAE* awarded MBA degree.
