Our all Inclusive program offers you a unique experience, allowing you to improve your language skills in English or French.

BLI FLAP summer camp programs offer a fantastic experience abroad combining English and French learning with a variety of exciting activities in a safe and caring environment.

Our goal goes beyond teaching English and French. We aim to give our students the opportunity to expand their horizons by making new friends from all over the world.

Length and Start dates

2 to 8 weeks

2 weeks: 26/June – 10/July – 24/July – 07/July to 20/August

3 weeks: 26/June – 10/July – 24/July to 13/August

4 weeks: 26/June – 10/July – 24/July to 20/August

5 weeks: 26/June – 10/July to 13/August

6 weeks: 26/June – 10/July to 20/August

7 weeks: 26/June to 13/August

8 weeks: 26/June to 20/August

Classes

The courses are designed to focus on communication skills and building confidence. Students are given plenty of opportunities to speak in class so that they develop their ability through a number of interesting learning activities.

Classes are complemented with workshops. They encourage linguistic autonomy and flexibility. Working with each other and their workshop leaders, students will be given a project to be completed each week and presented on Friday.

Every week we offer different workshops, such as:

  • Journalism
  • Digital photography
  • Improv/Acting
  • Language through music
  • Arts
  • Film making

Students take 25 English or French Lessons with qualified professional teachers.

Daily Activities

Daily Activities are organized so that the students always have something fun to do.

Weekend outings

We provide students with the opportunity to experience a new world in new ways, discover new things, make new friends and practice their new 
English / French skills outside the classroom. The program includes a full weekend tour or 2 full-day activities over the weekends.

During the weekend the students discover places, such as:

  • Ottawa (1 Day)
  • Quebec City (1 Day)
  • Magic Canada Tour (2 days)
  • Toronto, Niagara Falls (2 or 3 days)
  • Sports day
  • Arbraska Adventure Forest
  • LaRonde Amusement Park
  • Rafting
  • Montmorency Falls
  • Waterpark
Accommodation

Residential and Homestay options are available.

Residence

In our residential program, campers will live at EVO, a student residence located 5 minutes from our main campus.

Campers will have access to 24/ 7 support and supervision offered by friendly staff who will be there for you throughout their stay.

Homestay

Our homestay program will give campers the opportunity to immerse themselves in the cultures and languages of Canada. They will live a family experience. All our host families are carefully selected and have to meet BLI’s quality criteria. We ensure that all host family homes meet safety and hygiene standards and have undergone a very strict selection procedure.

If campers take our homestay program, they will finish their day at 6:00 pm and head home to have dinner with their host family, by public transportation.

All meals will be provided by the family. During the weekend excursions, campers will be responsible for buying their own meals.

Meals

Students are provided with 3 nutritious meals per day.

Program includes
  • Supervision, safety, and security
  • A safe learning environment
  • 24 English or French lessons per week · Monday through Friday, given by qualified teachers
  • Course materials and certificates of achievement
  • Small groups with a maximum of 18 students per class
  • Accommodation placement fee
  • Accommodation · Residential and Homestay options available depending on the chosen destination
  • Full board meal plan including 3 meals per day, with a variety of nutritious and healthy options
  • Fully supervised activities and excursions – 5 half-day activities during the week and 2 full days on Saturday and Sunday
  • Local transportation costs
  • Medical insurance
  • Airport pick up and drop off
  • Custodianship letter
  • Unaccompanied Minor Service · BLI staff escorts minor students to the airport to ensure a safe departure
