You need B1 in English or in French. In the other language you learn the service phrases you need to welcome and help guests, even from zero. If you have B1 in both, you practise everything in both.
No. The AI credentials start from zero. You only need to be comfortable using a computer.
Tools people use at work today, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Canva. Some have free plans; your teacher tells you which accounts to open before class.
